As a UX Lead at ExxonMobil, Dorinne Hammons leads a team of UX designers and researchers that support Surveillance and Optimization around the globe. With more than 15 years of experience in UX in both medical and in oil and gas, Dorinne has had the opportunity to work on a lot of different projects, and to see what factors contribute to the ultimate success or failure of a product.
