Jessica Schafer is a design manager dedicated to bringing the power of design to the public sector. She holds a Master of Design from Carnegie Mellon University and has worked in design and communications for more than 15 years. As the User Experience Team Lead at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Jessica leads a team of designers, researchers, and content strategists dedicated to the CFPB’s mission to make consumer financial markets work for consumers, responsible providers, and the economy as a whole.
