I have been working in the field of UX and User Research since 2003, first through doctoral research and then working in various industries; finance, travel, consultancy, and government. I am now UX Research Operations Lead at Springer Nature – a science publisher. As a ReOps practitioner on a good day, I am a research shepherd. On a bad day, I’m research police.
