In a technologically evolving world where the only constant is change. Product design teams must position themselves to be highly adaptive, innovative, and able to quickly meet user needs. That said, amid all that movement it’s often difficult to understand how a team is doing overall. How do we find ways to work smart and not hard? How do we establish feedback loops, listen, and collaborate with each other more? In this session I will share methods and insights on how to measure design team health along with ways of how to collaboratively adjust. Whether be it having a Junior, Sr, of even Lead or Manager role, there are ways everyone on the team can actively contribute. Ultimately leading to improving the overall quality and outcomes of team initiatives and deliverables.
