Greg’s the principal consultant at Human Insights and has worked in Human Factors and User Experience for over ten years across academia and industry. He received his BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary and his MASc in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. He’s published in journals including Applied Ergonomics, Ergonomics in Design, and The Journal of Integrated Design and Process Science, and delivered accredited courses in Human Factors and Usability at the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University. His passion is working with organizations to provide meaningful insights through strategic research.
