Tiffany is a seasoned UX researcher and leader with over 10 years of industry experience in Fintech and Tech for Good. She has led UX and CX research teams for ATB Financial, and is currently building out research practice for the product team at Benevity. Tiffany is also an avid volunteer and mentor with 20 years experience in the non-profit sector. Tiff lives with her family in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada.
