With over 10 years of experience working with startups, non-profits, and enterpriseĀ organizations, she believes that content is a crucial part of any user experience and thrives at the intersection of storytelling,Ā research, and UX design. Prior to Google, she helped build the Content Design practice at IBM, is a certified Design Thinking practitioner, and accessibility advocate. Maranda received her Masters degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern.
