Ron Vutpakdi is a Design Principal at ExxonMobil where he advises and counsels Upstream UX teams, leads recruiting, mentors, and handles special projects. Ron started his 31 year career as a dev lead and pivoted to spend 23+ years in a UX role in large enterprises where he has been an internal consultant and also built and led UX teams of 3-10 professionals. Ron was a founding member of the Houston UXPA chapter and was on the board for several years Ron is passionate about helping people. He probably was a knight errant in another life.
