A seasoned software product manager, Wesley centered his career around solving complex national security problems for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force and helping to establish its agile software development community of practice. Now in VMWare Tanzu Labs, he enables public servants to build modern software products that empower governments to be more equitable, accessible, and capable in serving their communities. He lives for the times when he gets to peer into the livelihoods of the users he serves and to guide a team towards a product that helps those users thrive.
