Will is currently the Lead UX Researcher at End to End User Research managing a team of researchers and conducting projects for clients from various industries, including technology, oil and gas, and gaming industries. While creating and executing unique research projects for these different clients, Will has specialized in competitive evaluations of both software and hardware products. Will received his M.S. in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
