Dr. Abby Goodrum is Director of Education for the UXPA International and is a professor and the founding chair of a 4-year undergraduate UX degree program at Wilfrid Laurier University. An academic for over 25 years, Dr. Goodrum has also provided UX research and consulting to industry, government and non-profits. Prior to her appointment at Laurier, she held the Rogers Research Chair in News, Media, and Technology at Ryerson University where she was also Associate Dean for Research in the Faculty of Communication and Design. She has also held faculty positions at Syracuse and Drexel Universities.
