Felix is currently developing an undergrad program in user experience design. He has previously worked as a UX designer and researcher on digital products and services during 22 years in 11 organizations ranging from Fintech, Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, and Operational Research. He has gradually focused on B2B tools. Felix has been trained in design, communication, social science, and cognitive ergonomics.
