Caroline has worked in the UX field for over 13 years, focusing primarily on design research and strategy. Her work spans both digital products and end to end service  experiences. Caroline has worked for both start-ups and large organizations like Marriott, AstraZeneca, and Mayo Clinic.  She holds a Master’s degree from the IIT Institute of Design in Chicago.
