Over the past decade I have developed and refined a framework, canvas, and other tools geared towards achieving universal designs. Techniques that ensure outcomes that benefit the end user and business alike. They are based on behavioral science and have been tested and successful on experiences large and small, in both the B2C and B2B worlds. They help drive strategy, team alignment, and thoroughness without over complicating the process. And they work existing processes and methods.
