Tom is a passionate and empathetic Certified User Experience Professional with over 35 years’ experience integrating business goals, Human Factors, user-centered design, design thinking, Agile, Lean UX, and best practices into existing systems while growing research and design programs and leading multi-disciplinary teams to business and mission success. He is presently the Founder of Callaghan UX and the Secretary on the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics, which is a non-profit organization “recognized internationally as the gold standard of HF/E/UX certification.” He has maintained a BCPE certification since 1996.
