Tim has over 20 years experience solving product design challenges by applying methods from user research, interaction design, and technical communication. He is passionately devoted to improving people’s lives by involving them early in user-centered design activities and getting out in the field to learn what is really happening in their personal and professional worlds. Tim has led design and development teams to create products and services that are effective, efficient, and enjoyable for users/customers across a variety of industries including automotive, financial, home appliances, and consulting. Tim holds a B.S. in audio engineering and a Master’s in Scientific Communication.
