From childhood, I had an opportunity to experience various cultures. I was fascinated by cultural differences and similarities in individual behavior. My passion for art brought me into the field of UX design. Still, my fascination with people’s behavior left me at a crossroads between design and research. In this presentation, I connected my knowledge and wealth of over 15 years of research and design experience in process improvement and design-research collaboration. In the past, I have done numerous company-wide presentations and talks, public workshops, and seminars. I hold MS in HFID from Bentley University and MBA from Suffolk University.
