BS/MS in Human Factors Psychology with over 17 years of full-time experience in the human factors and user experience fields, supporting over 50 projects and proposals spanning multiple domains, including agriculture, defense, and cybersecurity platforms. Currently leading an extremely talented team of researchers that are focused on delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that improve precision agriculture and construction products at John Deere. I try my best to inspire and empower our team members to tackle complex research challenges in order to help our customers become more productive, profitable, and sustainable.
