Emily Masterson

Emily Masterson is currently AVP of Product Design at SNHU, where she oversees an extremely talented team of UX Designers, UX Writers, and Communication Designers and works alongside the most brilliant product colleagues in the industry (and is absolutely not biased in any way). Emily has over 12 years in the higher education industry designing new products and experiences aimed at making learning more accessible, enjoyable, and useful for underserved communities. Beyond designing exciting new experiences, Emily is also passionate about pirates, pretending she knows how to play D&D, and inappropriately timed gifs in meeting chats and presentations.
