Melissa Meingast has worked in user research for 20+ years.  She is a Master Technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, responsible for managing the Experience Design Group’s UX and HF research program. She has designed and led hundreds of UX research programs, implementing methodologies ranging from IDIs to usability testing to ethnography.
