Tasha Valdez

UX Design Researcher, ExxonMobil

Tasha Valdez is currently a Principal Design Researcher at ExxonMobil where she works in the IT business for the Chemicals Company, researching improvements to processes and software in the innovation team. She was hired as a Senior UX Researcher as a contractor in 2017 and was converted to a full-time employee in 2019. Prior to ExxonMobil she was a contractor with HP, Inc. where she started her career as an intern and then continued as a Human Factors Researcher for an additional 5 years.
